- Need a fair, independent value put on things, but not full appraisal value? Estimate estate sale values
- Need someone to mediate, or handhold the family through the process? We can do that, too
- Listing – costs are hourly, but for ball park costs, use $100 per hour and typically we can list 1 asset per minute
- Market Values – not appraisal level, but $125 per hour and we can usually value 1 every 2 minutes
- Mediation helping with the dynamics and division process is $250 per hour
