- List all assets to be divided, with photos, categories and values as needed (Now Using AI Quick List Tools Included)
- Invite relevant participants to the division. If you need an independent Administrator, we can provide that service. (Often chosen if a Divisee / Heir is also the Administrator)
- Divisees are asked to review the list indicating if interested or not interested
- A fair division process using Emotional Value and Alternating Selection is applied in rounds. Each party’s share of the personal property and other assets is allocated and tracked with reports
- Remaining items may be organized in reports and printed for sale or donation
